Great partner in helping us with a roof replacement driven by a leak. Eastern Roof Technologies worked directly with our insurance company and made the process seamless! And the roof was beautiful! They also coordinated work on the interior of our home and once again, it was done quickly and great work!

ERT has phenomenal customer service. They put a new roof on our home about 1 year ago. A few months ago, we started experiencing a leak in the upstairs bedroom. A representative came by, took a quick look in the attic, apologized profusely, and even handed us cash to pay for paint in the bedroom. Our roof will be fixed just in time for the snowstorm this weekend. Thank you, ERT!!

ERT streamlined the entire process. Pretty much all I had to do was pick a color and let them know that I was available the next day! The house looks great and I know that I will stay dry! ERT vigorously engaged in replacing my roof after carefully explaining all options, features, and pricing. Then their highly professional and hard-working crew spent two days transforming my several times repaired builders-grade roof into a totally sound and beautiful looking roof, with features that ensure it will stand the test of time. ERT also installed a run of high-capacity rain gutter that eliminated an unsightly downspout. All ERT’s work was done professionally and Brian kept me informed throughout the project. BTW: the installation crew did a superb cleanup job. I enthusiastically recommend ERT to anyone needing a new roof.

After a tree fell on my house, last summer, causing roof and gutter damage, I called a dozen contractors in Mooresville but only one responded. I feel very fortunate to have had Brian Newman return my call and make an appointment to assess the damage. He showed me what would need to be done and after I called my insurance adjuster and made an appointment for him to meet with Brian, I didn’t have to do another thing. Brian “took the reins” and between Keren Hutchison and him every detail was tended to. Multiple phone calls to the Ins. co., all the paperwork, acquiring all the materials to replace my roof and gutters, even replacing some facia board that they certainly weren’t obligated to do. They are an outstanding team and I’m very grateful to them.

We employed ERT to make some repairs to our roof that turned up under inspection. They were very attentive and provided the service quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. The project supervisor, Aaron, was readily available by phone before and after work hours. He repeatedly stopped by to check progress and give us updates. Overall a good experience considering paying for roof repairs is no fun.
